Create awareness of the specific obstacles that international employees face in the workplace, including external and internal barriers to success
Explain why these obstacles are detrimental not only to international employees, but also to employers.
Identify effective organizational HR strategies that can help international employees thrive in the workplace, and that in turn can make organizations more competitive in our global economy.
This session will provide them with valuable knowledge and practical action items for change. I believe my message can help employers cultivate more diverse, effective teams and make international employees' journeys a little easier.

Ms. Solveiga Jaskunas is a seasoned HR professional and career coach with over fourteen years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
