How does culture affect our ethics when we face difficult situations? Dr. Julia Panke Makela, co-author of NCDA’s resource book called A Case Study Approach to Ethics in Career Development, will explain how ethics guide our actions in providing career services. She will use one of the case studies from this book to illustrate the application of the NCDA ethical guidelines in a difficult situation, then APCDA members from India, Vietnam, and Japan, will join her to discuss differences in interpretation from each area's cultural perspective. Will they agree, or will there be differences? Come and find out!
