He is the Founder of ‘Create Your Why’, a company created to provide excellence in career coaching and training. Dr. Glavin has worked with numerous organizations including, Saudi Aramco, Singapore Ministry of Manpower, Japanese Institute of Career Development, Australian Catholic University, University of Florence Italy, and University of Colorado Boulder.
