Yet issues and programs critical to developing “after the age of 50” receive less attention than needed. “Finishing well beyond 50” is critical considering rapid growth in aging populations. This session will review efforts to consider in meeting this need.

Consultant to NASA, UN, NFL, AARP, Modern Elder Academy, and organizations within all 50 states and on six continents, his publications include three books, six film series, and over 125 articles and book chapters. Cofounder of OneLifeTools, provider of the Who You Are Matters! board game and virtual experience (16 countries), and OnlineStoryteller he serves as advisor to YouScience an aptitude-based guidance assessment (7M users), Exec. Dir. of CareerDevelopmentNetwork.org (trained 4K+ certified coaches), co-author of the Career Decision Making System (20M users), and an Osher Lifelong Institute instructor and retreat leader. His international consultations have included projects in Sudan, Egypt, Thailand, China, Korea, Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Canada, and Europe.
