The National Career Development Association of the US has recently developed materials for career practitioners in the US. Logann Todd will explain these resources to us and show us how we can use them. Through this presentation you will:

 Logann Todd, CCSP, GCDF, Certified MBTI Practitioner, has an MBA from Binghamton University, specializing in Business Analytics and Leadership & Consulting. Ms. Todd has spent the last 10+ years using creative strategies to support and promote various business operations for Universities and Companies. Currently, she works remotely out of Ann Arbor, Michigan for United States University as their Career & Alumni Services Manager, where she provides resources and support virtually to students and recent graduates. Over the past 3 years, Ms. Todd has been training practitioners and job seekers on leveraging AI for collective growth and integration in career development practices. She is the President-Elect for the Michigan Career Development Association, a member of the NCDA International Student Services and National Career Development Month Committees, and the co-chair of the first NCDA AI Taskforce. Ms. Todd is a recipient of the 2025 NCDA Presidential Recognition Award for her leadership and contributions to the AI Taskforce.

 

Conquaya James, Ed.S., NCC, is a formally trained career counselor from Florida State University’s Department of Educational Psychology & Learning Systems and The Career Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Science and a Specialist in Education degree in counseling and human systems, with an emphasis in career counseling, from Florida State University. Ms. James also has been a Board Certified Counselor for 20+ years and is the founder of Careers By Design, LLC in Macon, Georgia. Her passion is to help teens become more intentional and proactive about their career development and planning.
