Based on qualitive research evidence gathered in the last five years, the notion of “career” emerges as a transitional object. This perception has been further explored and tested in coaching interventions with clients in post-traumatic liminal spaces, where among other interventions the coaching scheme was grafted with concepts, such as the Career Construction Theory by Mark Savickas, resulting in a “living narrative” where past experiences and traumas meet future aspirations. Join us as we explore the convergence of these concepts in coaching processes and their powerful effects.
