Kevin Glavin, PhD, LPC, founder of Create Your Why, is a core faculty at Walden University teaching graduate courses in mental health. He also provides career counseling, coaching, training, and consulting services. As a doctoral student, Dr. Glavin worked with his mentor, Professor Mark Savickas, the pioneer of Life Designing for Career Construction, to establish Vocopher: The Career Collaboratory, a website offering free career instruments and educational resources, which has served over 50,000 users across more than 100 countries since 2004. In 2021, Dr. Glavin founded the Career Construction Academy and developed the first fully online courses in Life Designing for Career Construction.
