Allan Gatenby, FRIEdr FRIM CMF JP, APCDA President, is recognized as a global thought leader in education, career development and organizational development. His leadership is strategic, human-centered, embraces technology, abundance mentality, design thinking and inclusive and collaborative, ethical decision making. Mr. Gatenby has influenced leadership across Asia Pacific, India and UAE. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Educators, Royal Institute of Management and a Career Management Fellow.

 

Ma. Leonila Vitug-Urrea, PhD, formerly  Guidance Director of the University of the East, is a licensed teacher, guidance counselor, and psychometrician in the Philippines. Besides being a practicing school counselor and career coach, she is a mental health psychosocial support volunteer counselor to survivors of natural calamities. She is an officer of the Association of Placement Practitioners of Colleges and Universities (APPCU) and worked on the Ethical Guidelines, the Glossary of Career Development Terms, and social media promotion of the Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA).
