Holland’s RIASEC Hexagon:

A Paradigm for Life and Work Decisions

by Emily Bullock-Yowell, Ph.D.

Thu Dec 5/Fri Dec 6, 2024

Based on our new and free book on Holland’s Theory, this session will re-introduce attendees to Holland’s Theory and attempt to “squeeze” the theory a bit by discussing the theory’s depth and specificity beyond its typical application. This interactive webinar will also highlight unique applications of Holland’s Theory around the globe. We will discuss how the theory can be used to match with potential occupations but also address fit in current work as well as other life roles such as romantic partners and hobbies. Elevating work with clients through the use of Holland-informed assessments will be presented.
